"Not Impressed! This site is off my list"
I was let down by the ivory scalloped dress for baby girls, and it felt way too pricey. There were no return labels, which means I had to fork out more cash on top of the delivery fees. I’m definitely not coming back to this site; they really need to step up their game to keep customers happy.

"Expected a British-made Dress..."
I was under the impression I was getting a dress made in Britain for my granddaughter, but it turns out it’s from China. I feel pretty misled. There weren’t enough reviews to look at before I decided to buy, so I thought I’d roll the dice. The only reason I chose this company was because they suggested it was British made. I guess I should’ve called them to confirm. They must be using some clever marketing to make it look like it’s British. The dress seems decent enough, but I really wanted to support British manufacturing. Just a heads up for future buyers.

"Mediocre service, okay clothing (sort of)"
I got a dress and the quality is alright. Not really worth the £120, but hey. Anyway, it didn’t fit, and frustratingly, the company doesn’t provide free returns, so keep that in mind. Online shops ought to have this, and if I’d known, I wouldn’t have bought it.

"Make Sure You Get Your Refund!"
I picked Rachel Riley because I knew the royal kids had sported her clothes, and her site claims they’re top-notch. Plus, this was a special treat for my niece's little ones, and I figured she might not be too familiar with the brand.
I grabbed two items on sale - which is important since you only have half the time to send them back if needed - and I paid for shipping to my place. One piece was fantastic, but the other had a couple of stitching issues on the front that weren’t quite right; I might have let it slide if I hadn’t shelled out a decent amount. I understand these things can slip through quality checks. I quickly re-packaged both items and headed to the post office, sending one to my niece and the other back to Rachel Riley. I opted for '1st class signed for' on both, including a note to Rachel Riley saying how much I loved one item, but sadly the second didn’t meet my expectations.
I waited two days for them to get it, and then 14 days passed without a peep. No sign of a refund or even a confirmation that they received it. After 24 days, I reached out, but since it was the weekend, I only got an answerphone. Two days later, I got an email saying my account had been refunded, and I returned a missed call. The lady was nice enough and mentioned she had tried to reach me. She didn’t know why my account hadn’t been credited since they had received the return as I mentioned and communicated it to the team for processing. It was only after I expressed my disappointment that she offered an apology, which I found lacking in both the email and our conversation. I made it clear that this would be my first and last order with Rachel Riley.
As of now, my refund still hasn’t shown up, so I really hope this is the end of it. I followed their rules - returning sale items within seven days instead of 14 - but they ought to consider their loyal, hard-working customers too.
